Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to supervise and improve current manufacturing and quality control.  We’re looking for a talented and experienced manufacturing leader willing to relocate to the USA. Synder Filtration apply a Permanente Residence (Green Card) for this key person.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule work and improve efficiency/safety of up to 50 x operators
• Identify and solve equipment/process problems quickly
• Maintain and improve quality control of current membrane and membrane system products
• Maintain and improve manufacturing process of all products
• Work with R&D and engineering to develop new products/manufacturing processes.
Compensation: USD 45,000/yr
